What Is Full Cart?
Full Cart is a nonprofit program that helps people and families get healthy food in a simple and caring way. We make support easy to access, whether it’s delivered to your home or sent to your phone, always with respect and privacy.
We know tough times can come from job loss, rising costs, health issues, or caring for family. That’s why we meet people with kindness, not judgment. Our goal is to help families feel strong, supported, and seen.

I’m a Wellpoint Member
If you have Wellpoint, you may get a Full Cart Connect Card with $50 or more. The card is easy to use and will be sent to your phone or email. You can use it at stores like Walmart, Food Lion, or Dollar General.
I’m on Another Health Plan
If you're not a Wellpoint Member, you may still get help from other programs. We will show you what’s available and connect you to local resources that fit your needs.
I’m Not Currently Insured

How do I enroll in Full Cart?
Fill out the Full Cart eligibility form, and once complete, we will guide you to the right kind of support. Whether it’s food, benefits, or help with health coverage, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way with care, respect, and no judgment.
Will this program impact existing benefits like SNAP or TennCare?
No. Participation in Full Cart does not affect SNAP, TennCare, or any other government benefits.
Will this cost me anything?
You do not have to pay for this. It is free. Wellpoint gives you this program to help you and your family. As long as you complete your healthy steps in your Full Cart Connect Dashboard, you will be eligible for grocery support!
